Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 27 years or older to book
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), minimum 4 nights and must be back-to-back to avoid gaps.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays
We offer discounted rates on month long stay ONLY during our low season (Dec-Feb)
Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed, after owner's approval. Sorry no cats!
Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy:. We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

The setting, right on the inlet with water views, is amazing and very private. The common areas are large and each bedroom has its own separate space and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and the wood burning fireplace is also great. We highly recommend!

This is an incredible and spacious house with an amazing view, sauna, and hot tub. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to town for quick runs to the co-op and coffee shops etc. The beautiful art throughout the house sets it apart from typical rentals. Our group had a great time and can’t wait to return!

The house makes quite an impression upon first arrival. It had everything my family needed to enjoy Tofino and the management team was super communicative while we were there. A great place to stay!
