Welcome to Waves End – a stunning West Coast retreat offering private beachfront accommodation on the iconic Chesterman Beach in Tofino, BC. This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty.
Thoughtfully designed with an open-concept layout and soaring hardwood ceilings, the home feels bright, spacious, and seamlessly connected to its surroundings. The cozy living area features a large sectional sofa and a striking river rock gas fireplace—perfect for relaxing movie nights. This space flows into an eight-person dining area and a newly renovated kitchen, complete with a large island and modern appliances—all with breathtaking views of the beach.
Entirely single-level, the home is ideal for families with small children or anyone with mobility considerations.
Step outside onto the beachfront cedar deck, where you’ll find a private hot tub overlooking the ocean—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy covered outdoor seating, perfect rain or shine, and a barbecue setup with a view. There’s also a hot outdoor shower, ideal for surfers, hikers, and pets.
Located directly on Chesterman Beach, Waves End offers unparalleled access to one of Tofino’s most cherished coastlines. Its wide, flat expanse and firm sand make it perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Nestled among old-growth forest and just a two-minute walk from the renowned Wickaninnish Inn, Ancient Cedars Spa, and Pointe Restaurant, this surf-front sanctuary offers the best of west coast living.
Bedroom layout:
Bedroom 1: California king size bed, full ensuite with a separate shower and bathtub.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ocean view, and an ensuite with both a separate bathtub and shower.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with a TV.
There is also a third full bathroom located off the living room.

Please note: All vacation rentals in Tofino are required to have an on-site caretaker/renter in order to operate as a short-term rental. This property has a tenant residing upstairs. The only shared space is the driveway.
Host Rules – Waves End
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 25 years or older to book.
Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) is allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property.
Minimum Stay: September -June: A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round. No 1-night gaps between bookings permitted. Availability Note: If you receive a "host unavailable" message but see availability, please contact us directly. Our booking system may require manual adjustments.
July and August: A 5-night minimum stay applies to all reservations in July and August. No gaps between bookings permitted
Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed per stay. Must be placed on the reservation at the time of the booking. No cats allowed!
Caretaker On-Site: A long-term tenant lives in a separate caretaker suite attached to the property, as required by Tofino Bylaws. Guests have exclusive access to the vacation rental side; only the driveway is shared.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and local community. Noise complaints may result in additional fees or removal.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

When we 1st walked through the doors I knew we found a slice of heaven. The bedrooms are big, especially the master bedroom and the beds were extremely comfy. Bedding was luxurious and showers were fantastic! We always comes to Tofino for a week so im used to packing a big box with spices, pot/pans, mixer, everything id need to make nice dinners but this kitchen had everything and more! We travel alot and this is the best stocked kitchen ive ever had. No more packing extra stuff! Great big dining table if your having a larger group. Also stools at the kitchen island for 4. Comfortable couch for movie nights. Not like those hard sofa bed couches, but a real cozy couch that can also fit 6 comfortably. Now the view, you're never going to find a better view than this as your right at the beach. I sat for days just watching the waves come crashing in. Beautiful covered deck with more seating areas. Then its a 1 min walk to beach. This is by far the most beautiful home ive stayed in and we look forward to returning. I wish there was a place to add pics because I have some great ones. And if you ever run into any issues the staff at Tofino Vacation Rentals are so friendly and excellent at what they do!

We always enjoy our visits to Tofino, and staying here raised the bar again. This was our first time staying at a house instead of a hotel in Tofino...this was truly excellent. The house is modern, beautiful, spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. Booking through Tofino Vacation Rentals was easy and seamless. Their little touches in the house from granola bars and fruit to welcome amenities really added to the experience. This is a perfect house for a family or group visit. Thank you, we will be back!

A stunning and homey property. Very well cared for. The location is second to none, well protected from the elements so if into storm watching it is perfect!! The kitchen is well stocked, beds super comfy, hot tub 'hot'. Thank you!
