Located on the northeastern side of the US Virgin Islands, sits your tropical private condominium on the beautiful island of St. Thomas. This property is a top floor condo with two full bedrooms plus a loft bedroom. Cathedral ceilings with granite counters. Enjoy the cooling breeze and panoramic views from the top floor patio plus the barbecue area. Palm Gardens has a generous sized community pool area and is only a five minutes from the renowned Magens Bay Beach.
This top floor condo has 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms with a loft bedroom. The units is furnished with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, a Queen Bed in the loft room, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook, a dining area that seats up to 6 guests, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, AC, and a balcony/patio with barbecue to complete the unit.
Guest Access
The entire condominium belongs to you while you stay with us. Free wifi, smart TV, dish network Netflix/Hulu, linens, towels, beach chairs. 24 hour pool access, air conditioning. Private Chief and housekeeping is available.
We can add single beds to any bedroom if needed at no extra cost. Please let me know ahead of time if you need a single bed.
You can also visit other islands by taking ferries such as St.John, Water island, Lavango (private resort island), and British Virgin Islands. Ferry's run a few times a day but make sure to google their schedules.
You can also do other activities such as boating, snorkeling, kayaking, zip lining, parasailing, spear fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and much more on island. Let me know if you are interested and I can point you in the right direction.
This property is located on a hill so I highly suggest a rental car.

The most important things for us worked well such as the a/c, the internet, the coffee maker, and the condo's pool. Nice space and storage to spread out and lots of windows made the place bright, plus a large terrace with a view of the ocean. On the downside, the dishwasher didn't work, and the pots and pans need to be replaced. Toilet seats also need fixing. Beds and bedding could be upgraded, too.

The place was very nice, clean and spacious. The pool looked shady so we didn’t use it. This is actually an apt complex and that’s the pool that goes with it. The view was beautiful, BUT I wish I would’ve known ahead of time that NOTHING is within walking distance. No activities, no bus stop, no food.. NOTHING. And it was too far out that no one would deliver food to us. Other than that, the place was nice.
