Gorgeous Caribbean paradise with 3 private bedrooms w/ ensuite bathrooms all luxuriously appointed and fully remodeled. Sprawling living and kitchen layout perfect for larger groups to get together and enjoy stunning ocean views with direct line of site over to White Bay in the BVI, Tortola, Hans Lollik and Mandahl Beach/Salt Pond. The villa is equipped with multiple patio areas that allow the trade-winds to blow through the property for comfortable outdoor living. Huge Pergola covering the main outdoor living space with outdoor dining table/chairs. Look directly out at the turquoise Caribbean water with multi-million dollar views through the palm trees and down at crashing waves and sailboats passing by. Grab our binoculars and view whales migrating during the winter months. Step into the pool equipped with color changing LED light and relax all day with a drink and a good book. The pool gets excellent morning sun keeping it warm throughout the day. Built in ledge allowing for sunbathing or reading/relaxing. Step up to the upper deck and enjoy the lounge chairs and let the stress melt away. House is fully stocked with everything you'll need for your stay including beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach bags, beach towels, regular high quality towels, linens, extra pillows, soaps/shampoo's and bathroom essentials. Kitchen is fully equipped w/ everything you'd expect including small appliances ( toaster, griddle, coffee maker, keurig w/ k cups, blender) pots/pans/bowls, cups, glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, baking pans/sheets and a gourmet commercial gas range/oven. High Speed Internet/WIFI provided & SMART-TV's in each room with SLING cable service & equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and more. House is equipped with Solar Panels and Tesla Battery Back Up system to maintain electrical service during any outages that could occur. High end 5 stage water purification onsite with Ultra Violet & reverse osmosis filtering. The Villa is gorgeously landscaped with flowering plants, palms, fruit trees, and tropical underbrush. Home is very private with no line of site views from any other homes for a truly secluded feel. Driveway is well lit with photo-eye lighted path and motion sensing LED lights at entrances. 7-10 minute drive to Magens Bay Beach which is one of the top 10 beaches in the world. 3 minute drive to Mandahl beach and Salt Pond which is like a natural pool the whole family will enjoy. We were in St Thomas to get married and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. My husband, 3 kids and myself really enjoyed the house and we all had space to spread out. The views were amazing, more amazing than the photos!! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you want to cook, we even grilled while we were there. There are plenty of beach supplies for beach days. The house was clean on arrival, just as expected. We all enjoyed the pool in the evenings after spending the day out. Spotting iguanas sunbathing in the bushes over the ledge was always a fun part of the day. Listening to the waves crash when going to sleep is what I miss the most. Ryan and Roxie responded very quickly when we had any questions. We had such an amazing time in this beautiful home and hope to be back again someday!!
