Wild Ginger Villa - Luxury 5br w/ Pool, 2 Kitchens and Unlimited Ocean Views

We had an amazing stay at Wild Ginger. The location was even better than the description. So close to Magan's Bay Beach, food and shopping. We got to see whale's as we had coffee on the deck and covered porch in the morning. The breeze (not harsh at all) was perfect to keep the bugs away. There were so many beautiful seating areas that all had a little different view which was great for entertaining, relaxing and unwinding. Can't wait to come back after the renovation.

We were at the "Wild Ginger Villa" during the Super Bowl game. When we inquired about the size and location of the t.v. pictured in the photos, our host, Ashley, offered to accomodate with a larger 55" t.v. It was in place the day we arrived. Less than a week prior to our arrival, we asked for an early check-in time. Ashley said they would do what they could to make it happen. In the end, we didn't need it as we missed the earlier ferry from Tortola to St. Thomas. Also, the air conditioner in the master bedroom was not working the night we arrived. We called them the next day, which was a Sunday. A few hours later we had a technician at the property correcting the issue. All in all, the hosts were extremely accomodating, which made our stay a wonderful experience. All of the amenities in this house, including an incredible view and pool, provided a very relaxing and enjoyable time for our entire party of 8.

We had a group of 7 friends on this trip and cannot say enough good things about this home! The view is straight from a postcard and the amenities made our stay truly stress-free. 8 nice towels, 4 chairs, sunscreen, a beautiful (albeit small) pool to relax in, plenty of outdoor seating and just a beautiful deck area made our stay unforgettable. Communication was on point and quick and largely unnecessary because of clear instructions forehand. Rooms were spacious and had their own bathroom, always a plus. Kitchen and dining areas well-stocked and ample space for us. Close to beaches and shopping and restaurants and in a beautiful neighborhood but with complete privacy. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for the perfect getaway. You gotta see this place to believe it!

My husband and I traveled here for our honeymoon! It was absolutely perfect. What they don’t mention in their “amenities” list is that there were several beach towels for you to use, 4 beach chairs, a large cooler, a shoulder cooler which is great to take to the beach if you don’t want to buy drinks! Also coffee and creamer was available to use! The pool is a great addition too, although it was too cool for us to use during this time of the year, we would have loved it during the warmer months! The pictures of the view from the balcony didn’t do the view justice, was beautiful to wake up to each morning! The large balcony as well as a smaller balcony off of the master bedroom was great to hang out on each morning! We chose to use a taxi service for our daily travels due to the curvy roads and left side of the road driving! But renting a car wouldn’t have been a bad choice either! Easy check in and everything was as described!! We were delayed in getting there, and Jonathon was very quick to reply with questions about later check in and a later date to check out! We chose to take the ferry to St. John during our visit, which was about a 30 min ride from our location to the ferry dock! Maho bay and Trunk bay were beautiful and fun to snorkel with the fish and coral there! On the ride to trunk back from the ferry dock, we took a taxi which was a safari like taxi and they stop at the top of a hill which is a great spot to snap a photo of Trunk bay! We were also around 20 min to Magen’s bay which had a great little restaurant and bar for food and drinks during the day! (Must get a Bailey Banana Colada) Renting chairs costs about $8- $10 at each location. If you’re not wanting to rent chairs, Wild Ginger had the 4 chairs available like I mentioned previously! There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in each shower, as well as ample amount of towels! Check out was a breeze, just toss a load of laundry in the washer on your way out!! We also went to sapphire beach the last day which was also beautiful and fun to snorkel there too!!! 10/10 recommend!!
