About this villa rental
Palma Sola is an entertainer’s dream—a spacious, sun-soaked retreat designed for unforgettable island getaways. This 3,750-square-foot St. Thomas vacation villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The entire house has been newly renovated with an airy, modern design.
In the light-filled main level, you’ll find a sleek kitchen with adjoining outdoor bar and a spacious common area perfect for relaxing with your guests. Two of the spacious bedrooms are located downstairs—one with a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom and sliding glass doors that open to the patio, and another with bunk beds.
Upstairs, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, a second common area for relaxing and the primary suite. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the primary bathroom’s deep tub or luxuriate in the open shower. The upper level opens to a deck with outdoor seating and views of Hans Lollik. A fourth bedroom is located in the renovated pool house and has gym equipment for your at-home workouts.
On the landscaped grounds, you’ll find a private pool, spacious patio and ample outdoor seating. Enjoy an island-favorite Painkiller at the walk-up bar, or dine al fresco at the outdoor table.
Palma Sola is part of an exclusive gated community in Mahogany Run. The villa is tucked away behind a second gate for extra privacy and seclusion. It is conveniently located in St. Thomas’s Northside, just a five-minute drive from Magens Bay, 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte Amalie and 15 minutes to the bustling East End.
Nightly rates for Palma Sola start at $1,500 and vary by season.
All credit card transaction fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation where a refund is granted, the processing fees typically 3-4% will be withheld from the refund total, as these fees have already been paid to the processor at the time of booking.

A Hidden Gem in the Hills – Breathtaking Views and Pure Relaxation! Our stay at this St. Thomas home was nothing short of spectacular! Perched in the mountains, the property offers panoramic views of the ocean that are absolutely mesmerizing — every window frames a picture-perfect scene. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the terrace felt magical.The house itself is stunning — beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The highlight was definitely the pool overlooking the Caribbean — peaceful, private, and surrounded by lush tropical scenery. It was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the island or to spend a lazy afternoon soaking up the sun.The combination of mountain breezes, ocean vistas, and complete tranquility made it feel like our own private sanctuary. Despite being tucked away in such a serene setting, it was still an easy drive to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.Our hosts were outstanding — responsive, friendly, and clearly passionate about making guests feel at home.We’ve stayed in many places throughout the Caribbean, but this one truly stands out for its beauty, comfort, and unforgettable views. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with luxury touches and the best views on the island, this is it!
