About this apartment rental
A charming apartment called “Le Kilika,” 30 m², quiet thanks to its double-glazed windows and a private balcony overlooking the Biarritz golf course. In the bedroom, the window overlooks the ocean and the waves at Chambre d’Amour.
Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in the “Mer et Golf” residence, on the Anglet/Biarritz border along the coast.
Local shops and restaurants are less than a 10-minute walk away.
Ideal location for a vacation exploring on foot or by bike, with bike paths right below the apartment.
The bedroom features a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) arranged as a bunk bed. A ledge in the bedroom lets you enjoy the ocean view while having your morning coffee or placing your laptop facing the ocean. A sofa bed (120 cm) in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements.
The apartment can therefore accommodate a family of 5 if the 3 children aren’t teenagers!
The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator with separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster)
TV and DVD/Blu-ray player available.
Terrace with lounge chairs, armchairs, a table, and chairs to enjoy the unobstructed view of the golf course’s greenery.
The residence’s pool is open to all guests.
Board games are available in this functional and fully equipped 30 m² apartment (excluding the balcony).
The one-bedroom apartment is centrally located. Once you’ve parked your car, you can get around on foot or by bus: there’s a bus stop right in front of the residence with direct service to Biarritz (and the train station) or the Bayonne train station.
The residence has a private, free parking lot. During peak weeks, if the parking lot is full, parking is free around the residence, and the free golf course parking lot is less than a 5-minute walk away.
On foot: the beach is 5 minutes away, a bakery is 5 minutes away, Carrefour Market is 10 minutes away, the Halle des 5 Cantons is 15 minutes away, a restaurant is 5 minutes away, and the “Chambre d’Amour” is 15 minutes away—where you can dine on the terrace overlooking the waves! The main beach in Biarritz is a 15–20-minute walk away. A stroll along the ocean takes you all the way to the port of Anglet and the mouth of the Adour River.
A bike garage is available on the property, secured by a code.
In addition to the owner, a dedicated contact person nearby will be available to assist you with any questions or issues. They will provide you with the keys upon your arrival and will be there to see you off when you leave.

Pieni asunto kivalla paikalla lähellä Biarritzin keskustaa, mutta rennomman Angletin puolella. Hyvä uima-allas. Uimaranta ja ravintoloita lähellä. Asunto/taloyhtiö kaipaa ehkä pientä pintaremonttia, mutta kaikki toimii.

L'emplacement est très bien, à 2 pas de la plage (ça monte pas mal au retour), de Biarritz, et des commerces (en particulier les halles d'Anglet ou on trouve d'excellents produits) et l’appartement est très bien équipé (TV, lecteur Blu-Ray, lave vaisselle, lave linge, plaque vitrocéramique, hotte, frigo, congélateur, micro onde). Le cadre est agréable (vue sur le golf de Biarritz). Seul petit bémol : le canapé lit ... il est très étroit pour 2 (120), et même tout seul il est très inconfortable (le matelas est vraiment à changer ...). Les autres couchages sont corrects.
Concernant la résidence, le parking fermé et la piscine sont vraiment appréciables. En revanche, les parties communes mériteraient un rafraichissement. Autre bémol : l'isolation : il ne faut pas tomber sur des voisins fêtards ...
Un dernier petit mot pour l'accueil très chaleureux.
Globalement, nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour, l'appartement n'est pas très grand, mais bien agencé et bien équipé, et surtout très bien placé !

Beau T2, idéalement situé entre Biarritz et Anglet avec un beau balcon donnant sur le Golf. L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Je recommande :-)
