70m² apartment, renovated in 2017, located at Place du Port-Vieux, 30m from the beach, on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with lift. The real plus is the private parking space in the basement of a residence located 50m away because it is impossible to park in the city center.
Everything can be done on foot: beaches, market, shopping, bars, restaurants, ...
This apartment, which has just been renovated, is composed of:
- an entrance
- a living room / stay giving on terrace with sight on the rock of the virgin
- a separate kitchen with balcony
- 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto a balcony
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
Sleeps (new bedding). Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels)
1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds
1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200
1 sofa bed in the living room (comfortable bedding)

Great sized apartment with everything you could need. Modern, clean decor and comfortable beds!
Convenient for beaches and restaurants, all within a short walk. The car parking space is invaluable! We had a fabulous stay and would definitely book again! Thank you :)

L’Appartement est très bien conçu et très bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. La situation est idéale. Le garage est parfait et vraiment pratique! La personne qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique. Séjour au top!!
