L’appartement est super et sa localisation est idéale pour découvrir le pays basque et pour profiter de l’océan. Malgré tout, nous avons vraiment été gênés (surtout le matin tôt) par le bruit émis par un service technique se trouvant à proximité de la résidence, qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de moments calmes et silencieux face à la piscine et le golf et qui nous a souvent réveillé. Dommage car c’est le seul point noir du séjour. Mais il est de taille quand on aspire à passer des moments au calme … surtout à ce tarif

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement très propre avec vue lointaine de la mer.
Le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel.
Un bémol concerne la proximité de la zone technique du golf qui longe la résidence.
Dès 7h le matin, vous entendez les tondeuses et autres véhicules d’entretiens à 20m de l’appartement.
Cet nuisance sonore gâche un peu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet endroit au demeurant agréable.
