Ideally located in a quiet street, 3min walk from the legendary surf beach La Côte des Basques, and 10 minutes walk from Les Halles, the most lively area of Biarritz. Bright apartment -Private parking- three beautiful bedrooms all with windows: a double bed, a two beds 90, a bed 90. The apartment was renovated in March 2019 and is only available during the holiday period, occupied the rest of the year.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour faire tout à pieds avec un emplacement pour le véhicule en prime ce qui est très précieux en période estivale. Le bien est spacieux avec un petit extérieur pour faire sécher le linge. Idéal pour la famille et le propriétaire est très sympa !

L’emplacement est parfait pour accéder, à pied, aux 2 plages, aux promenades du bord de mer et au centre ville. Commerçants à 5mn à pied et proximité du marché couvert du centre ville. Le propriétaire met à disposition ses planches de surf pour les amateurs. Il est disponible et arrangeant. Seul petit bémol, les deux chambres côté rue peuvent être ponctuellement bruyantes la nuit quand les gens rentrent un peu égayés de leur soirée en bord de plage. Mais disons que ça fait partie de l’ambiance festive de Biarritz 🙂�.

Ce grand appartement en rez de chaussée est ultra équipé. Rien ne manque. Il est idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de la côte des basques et du centre de Biarritz. 3 grandes chambres, immense douche, WC séparé et belle pièce de vie. Un petit extérieur idéal pour faire sécher le matériel de plage. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très à l'écoute. Nous recommanderons cette location !
