Obiekt położony na terenie strzeżonym, blisko plaży i komunikacji miejskiej. Czysto, wygodnie i cicho ( październik). Apartament położony na wysokim parterze, ale w budynku jest winda.

Lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do plaży. Parking.
Bardzo brudno, będąc z małymi dziećmi najpierw trzeba było odkurzyć umyć podłogę. Po wejściu smierdzący mop w szafie, dawał zapach całemu mieszkaniu. Łóżko w sypialni pofalowane, kwestia materaca. Ręczniki wyglądały pachniały jak nie wyprane.
