Obiekt położony na terenie strzeżonym, blisko plaży i komunikacji miejskiej. Czysto, wygodnie i cicho ( październik). Apartament położony na wysokim parterze, ale w budynku jest winda.

Obiekt z wyjątkowym umiejscowieniem. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony w sprzęty różnego rodzaju: zmywarka, pralka, suszarka, żelazko, zabawki dla dzieci, ręczniki.
Obiekt zarówno w środku jak i na zewnątrz wymaga już remontu i odświeżenia a rolety zewnętrzne serwisu. W łazience brakuje małej lampki nad lustrem. Włączanie światła z wentylatorem w nocy jest irytujące i przeszkadza osobom śpiącym w salonie. Trochę przeraził mnie kurz za łóżkiem, poplamione zasłony i zupełnie nie przygotowany na przyjęcie gości taras zewnętrzny.W maju pogoda już bywa piękna i kawa na tarasie byłaby miłym wspomnieniem.
