Serdecznie polecam pobyt w apartamencie Botanica! Apartament jest nowy, nowocześnie urządzony i doskonale wyposażony – znaleźliśmy w nim wszystko, co było potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, w łazience pralka wraz z suszarką do ubrań. Mnóstwo szaf, bardzo dużo miejsca do przechowywania zawartości bagażu, w sypialni duże łóżko z bardzo wygodnym materacem. Całe mieszkanie lśniło czystością. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja w nowoczesnym budynku z windą oraz dostęp do podziemnego garażu. Bardzo cicha okolica. Lokalizacja nieruchomości jest idealna – bardzo blisko deptaku Sopot-Gdańsk. Dodatkowy, wielki atut to przesympatyczny i bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Z przyjemnością tu wrócimy!

Apartament w spokojnej okolicy, na zamkniętym i zadbanym osiedlu, niedaleko plaży, przystanku tramwajowego i autobusowego, z których można dojechać do centrum, oraz sklepów (Żabka, Biedronka, Lidl) i apteki. Przestronny, ładnie umeblowany, czysty, zgodny ze zdjęciami. Kontakt z obiektem bezproblemowy, obsługa życzliwa.
Nie podobały nam się tylko drobiazgi. Przydałałby się szafka w łazience, na której można postawić kosmetyki. Noże były nienaostrzone. Piekarnik w środku ubrudzony, na kwiatach dużo kurzu. Materac bardzo twardy.

Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt.
Es könnte sauberer sein, da überall Handabdrücke waren und noch fremde Haare im Bad herum lagen.
