Immaculate and absolutely stunning and cosy flat

All in all great apartment that needs a few improvements.

- The clothes drying rack was broken - The amenities list a baby feeding chair which was not available. - The bed in the bedroom was very squeaky. - The balcony door was impossibly hard to open and close. At one point we were not able to close it. - The couch in the living room was not comfy able for sleeping. - There were bath towels but no hand towels in the bathroom.

Pobyt w tym obiekcie niestety okazał się rozczarowaniem. Już na początku pojawił się problem z wjazdem na parking – w otrzymanym SMS-ie dokładnie opisano sposób odbioru kluczy, ale nie wspomniano ani słowem, że pilot do bramy znajduje się razem z nimi w skrytce. W efekcie trzeba było zostawić samochód gdzieś przed bramą, iść pieszo do apartamentu, odebrać klucze, wrócić do auta i dopiero wtedy wjechać. Gdy zadzwoniłem z pytaniem o bramę, pani z obsługi zachowała się arogancko i nieuprzejmie, odpowiadając z wyraźnym zniecierpliwieniem i wzdychaniem. Sam apartament również nie spełnił oczekiwań. Okna salonu wychodzą bezpośrednio na ruchliwą ulicę, a sypialni – na okna sąsiadów, przez co trzeba było cały czas trzymać zasłonięte firany. Hałas z ulicy uniemożliwia otwarcie okien, a w nocy jest bardzo głośno. Jeśli chodzi o czystość – kuchnia była niedoczyszczona, na blacie i płycie indukcyjnej znajdowały się tłuste plamy i zacieki po poprzednich gościach. W pomieszczeniach wisiały pajęczyny, a w sypialni i kuchni pojawiały się żywe pająki. Co gorsza, w zasłonach widać było pozgniatane szczątki martwych owadów – wrażenie bardzo nieprzyjemne. Na koniec problem z kaucją – podobnie jak w opiniach innych gości, zwrot kaucji nie nastąpił w obiecanym terminie 14 dni. Na SMS z przypomnieniem otrzymałem arogancką odpowiedź „zwrot do 14 dni”, jednak po upływie tego czasu pieniędzy nadal nie było. Konieczna była interwencja Bookingu i wysłanie wezwania do zapłaty. Podsumowując: nierzetelna obsługa, słaba czystość, hałas i problemy z kaucją. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu – szczególnie osobom oczekującym profesjonalnego podejścia i spokojnego pobytu. - Sypialnia: Tragiczny wygnieciony materac, łóżko za wąskie, bardzo złej jakości. - W apartamencie nie ma klimatyzacji! A okien nie da się otworzyć ze względu na huk ulicy

Jasna informacje i instrukcja dostania się do apartamentu. Apartament urządzony nowocześnie w stylu glamour. Pewnie na pobyt z małymi dziećmi byłabym ciągle zestresowana, czy czegoś nie zabrudzą i po depozycie. Kuchnia wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty. Ktoś pisał w komentarzach, że łóżko za miękkie, dla mnie było idealne, bez efektu zapadania się, więc ewidentnie kwestia preferencji. Odległość od plaży idealna. W budynku żabka.

Stosunkowo mała lodówka, latem może to doskwierać.
