Gdańsk Bursztynowa, Sun & Snow

Fantastyczne, bardzo spokojne miejsce. Osiedle pięknie zaprojektowane, mnóstwo zieleni. Do morza bliziutko ( jakieś 5 min spacerkiem). Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Trójmiasta (do Sopotu lub Gdyni kilka minut samochodem). Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Z pewnością jeszcze tu wrócimy :)))

Jedyny mankament to nieprzyjemny zapach z odpływu przy zlewie. Pomogło porządne wietrzenie oraz cały czas uchylone okno.

Very good location in moderns blocks. Basic apartment works fine, car parking available.

Never was informed that I had to get keys from a different location and wasted almost 2 hours getting the keys while my Family had to wait on the street outside the flat. Also, no washing up liquid, no shower gel, no soap ... these are standard now everywhere else.

Nice terrace.

Would have very much preferred getting keys on arrival, not having to travel 10 minutes by car to fetch them and then later return them (to a place with insufficient parking where the receptionists handed me one pair of keys and a piece of paper, and did not explain anything about how to get to the property, where to find the gate to the parking, which parking it was (there are two on either side), how to get from the parking to the main building etc. Nothing terrible when you know all those things but on the first day it was all pretty confusing and of course they did not answer the phone for 10 mins when I was calling them after failing to find the parking garage). Also having one pair of keys is annoying since you can't even get back into the complex without that. Anyway I would probably have not complained here if not for the fact that the apartment was not fully clean, it had a bad smell (the pipes especially) and the furniture wasn't very high quality. I would have expected MUCH better for this price. And when I came back to return the keys, there wasn't as much as a "thank you for staying with us" or "how did you like it" (I might have provided the feedback face to face, but given that I didn't have a chance to do that, here goes)
