Did not realize the breakfast was offered. No body around to help or ask questions,

the rooms are clean and well decorated

sometimes the code for the main entrance take time to be release do it slowly and check if the door is released before to open it

The place overall was extremely clean and comfortable. Location wise not bad as well Downtown was close and stores even walking distance.
There was an issue with the code required for the locks, but it got solved quickly once I gave them a call myself.

Room was spacious and comfortable
No swimming pool, a feature which was a key facility when booking the hotel. We complained about this and moved to another hotel at Habitat Brickell. Location wasn’t good.
