For the price it was perfect, everything exceeded expectations. Plenty of space, clean, friendly. Some free snacks. Was offered a ride into town.

Great value for money
The place is new, very clean and tidy. The bed is really comfortable. A big bathroom. The water in the shower does not just get warm enough, but we have experienced this more often in this part of Germany, most likely it's a general problem. All in all, great value for money.
The only thing we we disappointed about was the location. We knew it was not in the center and we were ready to walk there. But the distance of three km turned out to be at least six if you go on foot and you are walking next to the road all the time. If you plan to go by car, the center is perfectly reachable in about 5 minutes, but on foot it is just too far.

ItĀ“s a room in a family house with full privacy - extra entrance, we havenĀ“t seen the hosts at all. Clean and comfortable place with details, that make you feel welcome (like Eastern bunnies on the pillows :)
The house is on a hill, which makes the way back an exercise :D
