I refused to stay there. It was the worst experience ever. The place is very poor & non-human.

I refused to stay there. The place is not at all matching the pictures and distribution mentioned here, and the receptionist "Mohamed Shahin" is so unfriendly and unprofissional. So dirty, non-human place to stay in.

The hotel is a lie.Location from booking is not exist.Their boss and employee are all scammer.We book the double room with double beds.but when we arrive at the hotel.They give us is single room and very small bed .Maybe only kid can live.And the place is very dirty.And in the booking ,the hotel say it is free parking.but there are no place to park.We ask the refund,they ignore our request.totally a scamner.Don't live here.If you want same price ,you can find any hotel near ,but not this one.

Is a flat . And u have 1 room and you share apartment with others . Room no window and guys smoked cigarettes in the house , and stayed awake until 5-6 am .

Its far from all attractions, you must get a ride, the room was too small, many simple accessories are needed in the room and bathroom, the management doesn't provide help in many things, the next room guest's smoking can reach my room

Worst place and worst staff I've met in my life. Even the stay in this apartments is free of charge, I will not stay there again.

They mentioned in the advertisement that my room will be 33 meters but i found it 3 meters only. I asked for refund but they rejected. The Internet was so bad and disconnected three days. The key didn't open or close the door. They fixed it after two days.

Je peux comprendre que le logement est cher à Dubai, mais lorsqu’on m’annonce une “chambre simple”, et que toutes les photos de l’hôte ne montre en aucun cas ce dans quoi j’ai logé, j’ai été dégouté ! Acces seulement au micro-onde, et à la bouilloire, tous les autres équipements étant privatifs aux résidents permanents. (Je pouvais utiliser la gaziniere, mais sans poêle ou casserole commune, c’est compliqué …)
