NEVER EVERN STAY IN THIS ROOM. This place is HORRIBLE

Nothing. Nothing to like. All photos are showing in the booking are not existing and not correct. I booked a room by seeing these photos, but, when I arrived, the room and everything was different.

Nothing. Nothing to like. The room was dirty, bed was not clean. I stayed 3-nights without towel, and clean bed sheets. I asked many times to renew, or give me new bed sheets, but they lied to say “yes, now we will give you new” and when night came, there is nobody and nothing. You can’t imagine the bathroom. Bathroom is sharing, and it’s ugly, horrible. You should see the kitchen - it is broken and smells. Window of the kitchen is broken and has access from outside and air comes from that hole. Totally HORRIBLE place. I paid money for the room in the photos, but I stayed in very horrible condition. Now, I am taking them to the court to return my money. They are cheating the people.

The location is the ONLY good thing

It is a dirty place! It had cockroaches and the kitchen dirty! I had to change twice rooms from one apartment to other… they take so long to answer and they don’t give the room that I booked… only because I complained a lot they were responding. Also at the entrance the guards ask for registration to let you in but the hosts don’t register people who are in short term stayings so I was struggling on that! I even called the DUBAI POLICE for helping me to manage this situation with the hosts.

“An unforgettable experience – in the worst way possible”

I initially thought the super-tiny, outrageously overpriced room was kind of charming. The view was nice – I mean, as long as you looked away from the hallway where someone was constantly walking around in a bikini and enthusiastically annoying every single guest within a 5-meter radius. Then came the real shock: as a European, I was charged €600 a month to live in a place where someone actually stole my phone charger. I can’t even comprehend that people who behave like that are paying the same price – or are they?? The kitchen had bonus wildlife: mysterious insects crawling across the counters like it was their Airbnb and I was the guest. When I tried to negotiate the price, I was told it was fine — until I was screamed at by a very angry, very short man at 1 AM, demanding immediate payment like I was trying to sneak out in the middle of the night. Honestly, I thought I was being punk’d. But wait, it gets better: I left some of my expensive belongings (worth over €300) in the room after checkout, thinking no one was moving in right away. When I asked for them back, they said the cleaning lady threw them away. Into the trash. Like we’re all supposed to believe that. Stay here if you enjoy chaos, confusion, and surprise financial trauma. Otherwise — run

DO NOT STAY HERE THE PLACE IS FILTHY AND FULL OF MOSQUITOS & FLYS AND BEDS ARE ROCK SOLID AND DIRTY. All the vents were full of cobwebs My room didn't lock for first 24 hours and they thought this was ok I had to ask to be let in and out of my room the conditions here are unbelievable there are like over 25 rooms and all women living in poor conditions not one toilet was clean or shower and absolute stank everywhere all fridges full of disgusting gone off food. Nothing was clean. If you stay here you are going to remember this review I write and regret not taking my advice. There's so much to write and my worst place I've ever stayed I couldn't fo the second night I had to leave

Noisy and private

They take forever to respond, if you're lucky, they do. You don't speak to the place directly; they're intermediaries. On my second day, they were throwing things at the wall in one room. It says girls only, and at midnight, you can hear men in the hallway. It's enough to leave and go all day, and you'll be very tired when you go to sleep, otherwise you won't be able to rest. And I only had three days there for my first reservation... I had to take my two large suitcases down some stairs that they don't mention there. If you stay, avoid luggage, otherwise it's uncomfortable in capital letters.

Best value for money in Dubai Marina

The location is very central. The building is great. Its quiet and great value for money. The shared kitchen has everything you need including washing machine. The room is simple but clean and quiet with fridge and TV.

A chair and desk/table is missing in the room and in the shared kitchen so it is not for working or staying there except sleeping. The wifi is too weak in the room.

Awful place don’t book ever

The staff meeting from the entrance was rude. The room doesn’t look like in the pictures at all. Furniture is so old. The apartment is just terrifying, smelly and dirty. Horrible experience.

Everything was a mess,dirty,I booked a rooms with the toilet and when arrived they told.me that none of the rooms had the bathroom inside,supposed to share with other people,the property was in poor conditions with mould on the ceiling and everything was damaged and smelly....the room was ridiculous: just the space for the bed and nothing else,to close the door I had to sit on the bed literally no space to eve turn arounf myself. I asked for refund but of course the staff was so lack of professionality that they didn't even answered,I left the property after a couple of hours

Disappointing

The best thing about this place is the location

The rooms were small and some things from the furniture were broken. There were scratches on the walls which made the place look not very nice. There is central A/C which can’t be controlled from the room and it was extremely cold. The curtain rod was also broken which made the whole room look very poor.

Don't upset yourself by staying here, unless you have absolutely no choice.

Literally nothing. It would have been better to buy a tent and camp in the desert, no exaggeration. Photos must be false as I didn't recognise anything from them

Besides the bed and WiFi none of what they advertised do they provide. Each day for 6 days I sent messages to management and supervision staff with no response. No bedding, essentially personal cleaning stuff, no key, no access to hotel lobby key card so reception desk will harass you for this. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm, nobody will check you in until post 10pm. Make sure you have mobile data as you will not receive WiFi password for at least a day or two. Ensure that you have a jumper as the air conditioning does not switch off and it's really cold. The worst of it is being ignored by management as if you haven't paid for a specified service.

Great if you can get in,!!

It was lovely when I eventually managed to get in!! I had a small single room, only problem was the excessive Aircon, why does it have to be so cold? There was a shared kitchen with just about enough kitchenware. Most were long term residents with their own and cupboards asking people not to steal their food!! Two bathrooms but with sticky locks and a central lounge. Also a washing machine. I enjoyed my time there.

Trying to get in!! I had arranged to meet someone at 3pm outside as instructed. Nobody turned up so I sent texts and had replies telling me to phone various people who never answered. My UK phone charges me 15 dirham a minute!! Eventually I went and enquired at the reception and someone appeared to take me up to the apartment. Why this hassle? I waited 45 mins outside. I've stayed at various other places and have had problems with the address before.

Wonderful location - with a few changes will be a superb place

the location is superb, right next to tram station and a few minutes walk from the bus station, shared terrace has amazing views over Dubai Marina and what I think was the Palm Jumeira, 35 min walk to JBR or 4 tram stations. carrefour in the same building so was really convenient and open 24/7, building is well secured 24/7 the guys checked me in were really nice and let me check out late and were very polite

Mattress and pillow felt like rocks, I couldn’t sleep because of the awful pillows, the apartment has some 14-17 rooms and over 20 girls are living there most of which are monthly tenants, I felt a bit unsafe around them because of the different backgrounds. most of the time food cooled in the kitchen had very strong smell, I was unsure if there’s sharable cutlery because i am staying for only 4 nights I wouldn’t bring a pan and dishes with me. the shared living room furniture looked way too dirty to use and often had a bad smell, maybe it is not cleaned. door to the apartment was always open day and night so I felt a bit unsafe although the building is secured though. sometimes I heard the landlord coming inside the apartment although it is a female only apartment which made me feel unsafe and I had to always be dressed and in hijab when I went to rest room just in case

I got something else than it was showing on the booking platform.. pictures in booking was totally another place.. before booking it was "Marina crown hotel ***". After it i got name "low buget rooms forl girls..". The guys at apartament was friendly, but it should not be working like that.. if it's cheap - they must to inform and tell all condituons .

Difficult to do check-in if you do not know what time you will come. Without local sim card/mobile nettwork its very complicated or expensive. They says Marina crown tower, but the apartaments was in next tower. No shower gel, no towels, no kitchen tools, no toillet papper.. room was not clean well. In bathroom a lot small night flyers.

Расположение шикарное, недалеко пляжи, магазины и все, что нужно путешественник для полноценного отлыха. Мне предложили комнату намного лучше той, которую изначально бронировала. С удовольствием воспользовалась предложением. Проживанием довольна, персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Спасибо!

Ребята, цены должны быть дешевыми,но вы должны быть готовы к ремонту.Там живут,те кто работают в Дубае уже достаточно много времени.Все они хорошие девочки,трудолюбивые.Все чисто,но по приезду конечно были неприятности,но это человеческий фактор.Локация просто супер,а вид с балкона офигенный ,смотрит на Марину. Если хотите роскошные апартасенты,то платите больше.те,кто хочет сьэкономить,то за счет локации потерпеть можно !!
