Unlivable conditions, misleading photos and lack of basic support from the host avoid this property.

The location was the only acceptable aspect of this stay.

The apartment was in extremely poor condition. The photos are heavily retouched and completely misleading. The place was very dirty, unhygienic and not suitable for living. The kitchen was unusable, the bathroom was so dirty that I avoided using the toilet and had to use facilities outside the apartment. The host was unhelpful and unresponsive: despite multiple requests, no duvet was provided, and access to the elevator (Face ID) was never arranged, forcing me to use a service elevator throughout the stay.

This first room that I booked with them they put me in this very dirty apartment next to the kitchen and people make lots of noises and cook in the middle of the night very strong spices! The room small, horrible, dirty, dark! There were cockroaches!! The staff is the worst! Very bad service, no response!

poor poor quality and not safe at all ..I would NOT recommend it..

check-in was delayed as the hotel care taker was not available.. the staff is very rude even after I said I have a baby they made me wait for over 2 hours ... AC didn't work for most of days .. someone entered the room and took most of the Personal belonging..I don't recommend this at all ..I had my maid stay there as I had family over for vacation... booking.com should look into these so called accomodation..

Odada böcekler vardı bir sabah kalktım ve bardağımın içinde böcek vardı Onun dışında oda tamamen Duvarlarla örülü hiçbir şekilde pencere yok ve oda boya kokuyor. Havluyu ben oraya gittikten 3 gün sonra Ben isteyince ancak verdiler temizlik konusu berbattı Bir hafta kaldım ve bir kere bile oda temizlenmedi. Tuvaletlere bir sıvı sabun koymaktan bile acizler herkese küçük küçük sabunlar veriyorlar ve bu sabunu kullandıktan sonra nereye koymamı bekliyorsunuz banyoda bıraktığım zamanda üzerinde çirkin bir kılla birlikte buluyorum.
