About this apartment rental
100m² ground floor apartment in a small, typical building. Located on a quiet, central street, equidistant (450m) from the train station, the Corum, and the historic center. High ceilings. Wooden shutters and double glazing. Fans. Comfortable central heating. Renovated while retaining its elegant, timeless, and antique details. LET ME LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS YOU BOOK TO LET ME KNOW:
- Quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am (plenty of places to go out at night)
- No music

FOR YOUR SLEEP
- 1 table fan for each room
- Full wooden shutters and mosquito nets in each room
- Bed linen and duvets included
- 1 bedroom facing the street
- 2 bedrooms facing the garden, one of which is adjoining
- 1 travel cot (folding baby bed) available, but you must bring your own mattress protector and baby sheets
FOR YOUR MEALS
- 6-seater dining table with 7 stools
- 2 raclette grills
- Dishwasher + all necessary cutlery, utensils, and dishes for cooking
- Basic cooking condiments provided
- Tea, herbal tea, 2 Bialetti manual coffee makers with ground coffee
- Kettle, microwave, and toaster, oven, stovetop
- High chair for babies from approximately 1 to 3 years old
FOR HYGIENE
- 8 m² shower room
- 70/140 cm towels
- Shower gel and shampoo provided
- 90/90 cm shower tray
- 1 sink on a natural stone countertop
- 1 separate toilet
FOR PARKING
- Apartment located in the city center but easily accessible by car without traffic jams
- Polygone underground parking (P1 P2 P3 P4) is 100 meters from the apartment
- Public parking is available on my street (paid parking except at night, Sundays, and public holidays, as is the case throughout Montpellier).
CHECK OUT
• Wash/store your dishes on the countertop without moisture.
• Check that the gas is turned off, the lights are off, and the windows are closed.
• Leave the shower stall door open and both bathroom doors open.
• Close the front door.
• Put the key back in the small safe (mix up the numbers so they remain secret... ;-)
- Feel at home here, respect this place that I've been shaping for years, to make it more welcoming, more timeless, and more comfortable for my guests.
- Also, take care of the harmony of life that I aspire to, by preserving the tranquility of the neighborhood and other travelers staying overnight on the floor below mine, please.
