many rooms and perfect location in the center of montpellier soundproof walls, even though outside is crowded you do not hear anything inside of the house
The stairs are very tough, both the ones to reach the apartment (it's at 3rd floor) and the ones to reach the upper levels. Also the kitchen has the bare minimum stoves. In summer it is a bit hot even though in the living room there is the ac overall it is good
