Great house, very bright, roomy, modern, 10 minutes by tram (300 m house) or drive from the Place de la Comedie, 10 minutes of Palavas the waves by car southwest neighborhood .
A large swimming pool (6x12m) not overlooked, sunny south, pool chairs and umbrellas and sun tarp, garden 950 m2, planted with trees, 2 large tiled terraces with their furniture, tables and chairs, barbecue and a garden Lounge.
All shops nearby. Car park. (3/4 cars).
6 large bedrooms, very bright, south-facing house, large modern kitchen with gas stove Smeg, 5 burners and a large oven, large rectangular wood table, 8, 10 places accompanied by modern chairs Philippe Stark, a large wooden buffet with many dishes, microwave oven, quiet dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridges, a very modern kitchen drawer, 1 other more traditional with 3 large freezer drawers.
Very large and bright living room, modern, 3 large French windows, one garden view, the other 2, pool view, with TV, large flat screen, wifi fiber connection, Focus fireplace, bright house with large lounge, modern décor.
Near tram (300m) and just minutes from downtown, easy access to beaches.

After a morning in Montpellier shops, or in the historical part of the old Montpellier, without taking your car, you are 10 minutes later at home, you find the peace and coolness in a green and country of around the pool under the jasmine smell, and taste the wines.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week as a family of four with two teenagers. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, and the house is spacious, stylish and well maintained, with everything you need to cook and relax. The pool is large and deep at one end. It's close to the tram and the supermarket and the beach is not far away. A wonderful place to stay!

A lovely villa with plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen and a fantastic pool. 5 minute walk to the tram stop. We had a great time

Beautiful authentic southern French villa, with lots of space for a family holiday. Many facilities, such as a practical kitchen, in French charming style, outdoor grill, lots of rooms and parking space for at big car. The pool was big, clean, and we had many happy hours around the vary large terrasse and pool area, and in the pool ☀️😊 Giles and his wife are great hosts, we felt very welcome in their house, and they and their very sweet daughter are only a phone call or an sms away, should you need their help. We will definitely recommend, and we will also return, for at relaxing holiday in this lovely house, in an area with lots to explore.
