Just recommend it for a short stay!

The location was great and I loved the balcony view so much! The bed was also comfortable.

Room was dusty so I had to do dusting when I arrived. My room was on second floor and I had to take my heavy suitcase all the way up by myself because there was no one to help. Shower was very strange. You either had cold or boiled water and there was no perfect temperature to take a shower.

Very convenient hotel location! 3 beaches within walking distance: Playa Carrizalillo (I liked this beach the most, but you have to go down a very steep staircase to get to it), Puerto Angelito, Playa Manzanillo. Clean rooms and friendly staff☀️As for food, there are cafes and shops nearby, and there was a very good bakery nearby. This hotel is very convenient for those who travel without a car

Problems with the internet. It wasn't a big deal for me, as I was on vacation and didn't need it, but it could be a significant factor for someone else Very low water pressure in the shower. I also found it inconvenient to carry my baggage up the stairs to the second floor. These were probably the only two things that made me uncomfortable

Pros: location is right off center street that is lively during the day. Centrally located between all beaches with quick access to a couple. AC worked well. Man working the desk was helpful.

Cons: lady at the front desk was unwelcoming upon arrival and throughout the duration of my stay, wifi did not work, minimal cellular reception, pool is small and dirty, balcony had low walls leading to practically a shared balcony with other rooms, shower felt dirty, tv didn’t work because WiFi didn’t work.

It was an okay experience but would not stay in Xaiba again.

The location of the hotel was good and the rooms were clean.

During our three night stay, the hotel did not have water twice, so we couldn’t take a shower after the long hot day. We could not even use of flush our toilet for almost an entire day. The staff didn't notify us about not having water either. The internet was also very basic and kept cutting out. It was definitely worth the money we paid.

Okay location close to the best beach in PE and good restaurants. Fine room with good cleaning besides there were ants in our room. We had a balcony but without chairs or tabels.

The staff was not very welcomening or helpfull and only looked in their phones and didn’t look up when we said hi. We tried to shorten our stay but the staff we talked to would not help or reply on our message. The wifi was non-exisisting and the pool didn’t Seem clean. Defintly not 4 stared.
