Had a wonderful stay at Moon Plains Luxury Apartments! The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful views with a peaceful atmosphere. A special appreciation to Mr. Fleming for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The staff were also very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service truly made our trip comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya!

The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment has a good seating area which we enjoyed. It is also convenient that you can cook for yourself as the kitchen facilities are available.
The room quality has dropped since our last visit. The water pressure is weak, and the cooker hood filter is dirty and doesn't suck enough smoke. The management was very annoying regarding payment. I went to pay after the 1st call, but no one was there. After a 2nd call, I went again and offered to pay the total by card or online, but was told to only pay an advance of Rs. 5,000. Despite this, they called me many times the next day while we were trying to relax after an excursion. It is a bit of a walk to the payment area, and the constant calls were very intrusive and unprofessional.
