Sounds from first floor

Very specious first floor room with board games for entertainment, which adds a nice touch. There were 3 double beds and 2 folding single beds in that upstair room. Big enough for a large family.

It's instruction for others, not a criticism of the property. Top floor room isn't ensuite, bathroom & toilet is downstairs. To get shower hot water: run water at low speed, as high flow doesn't heat water.

Almost everything was great.. loved the garden the bedrooms were more than we expected. The kitchen and the hallroom was also great. Great location, very clean. The games really put us together after a long time and it was fun.. The owners of the property were also friendly and good. Will definitely go there again..

The heaters should be working a bit more,the flush was not working in 2 rooms, the TV was not working

location close to Nuwara Eliya center (main street) games available in the upper floor

We have to request for towels at our arrival, no bed sheets other that linen sheets and blankets were available (so basically you have directly a blanket on you), place quite cold at night. You hear every single step from the upper floor (hopefully it was our kids). Not the fault of the hotel but no interest to stay in Nuwara Eliya, we regret to not have stay longer in Ella instead
