Vista Apartment Mariners Cabin

Simply awesome view from the room and balcony. Specially when clouds play with peak top and green trees.

Their sofa was out of order. They should change their sofa as it’s show clearly that lots of spots and dust . I used my own bed cover to seat on sofa. I already inform their management.

Well situated near the grand hotel, good beds and nice couch with balcony

Due to the flooring with tiles and no aircon to heat up it was at times a bit cold inside the apartment

There is a musty smell in the apartment possibly due to some damp. Feels cold in the apartment. We were provided with a small heater which helped. Consider taking a hot water bottle with you for bedtime.

Other than the location, Toilets and kitchen was dirty. Most of the things were broken and Terence(Housekeeping Supervisor) was useless, never answers calls. but, the rest of the staff including Tino(Housekeeping Supervisor) was very helpful. And the owner(Shehan) was very flexible and helpful and understanding. First day we bought all cleaning items and deep cleaned the house because we booked for a week. Tino left on the 4th day and after that, housekeeping under Terence was terrible. I had to call 4 times in certain instances just to vacume the carpet. But, never arrived.

The problem is that this property was managed by third party. So I doubt the owner knows about cleanliness and broken things. However, I would go again if the facilities were renewed. Calm place in the night. Security 24/7
