* Beautiful views and a peaceful setting. * Good, comfortable rooms with a kitchen. * The host is attentive and listens to your needs.

* If you’re scared of dogs like me, be aware that there are dogs in and around the property. * The property is a little uphill, and vehicles may not be able to go all the way up. We had to walk a bit, although our luggage was carried up by vehicle. * It is quite far from the main city. * The bathroom doors could use some repair. * There were some spider webs in the corners that could have been cleaned better. * The host is very attentive and regularly checks in to make sure everything is going well. However, he would often ask us how the room was whenever he saw us, even after we had already answered the same question. He also followed up a few times regarding the review. It’s not necessarily a negative, but the repeated check-ins felt a little overwhelming at times.

The host was extremely helpful, welcoming, and hospitable! He organized our driver and made sure we had everything we needed for our early morning trip to Horton Plains. Great service!
