Estaba muy limpio, era muy amplio y la ubicación muy buena porque estaba en el centro.

Todo estaba bien

Las toallas, algunas estaban manchadas, había una observación en el baño con respecto a las toallas y el maquillaje, pero igual antes de usarlas ya estaban con manchas ,

Excellent location in the old town and close to restaurants, the fantastic La Imprenta is 50M away! Flat walk.in shower and windows that open.

I booked a superior apartment which promised a balcony and city view. I got a ground floor, dark and cave-like apartment with "view" of a wall and door on the other side of a narrow street. People passing by are only a metre away, hear every word. Not happy. Sufficient space, but badly used so feels cramped. Huge table takes up half the lounge room. Toilet so close to the shower glass means it's almost unusable. Shower stall leaks and floods bathroom. Old building but new apartment with bland colours (grey, olive green, beige) and no character. Could have been done so much better. Only one key despite having 2 guests, inconvenient. They only send the entry code at check-in time, but this was not communicated, so I chased them up thinking it had been forgotten.
