The location is amazing and the staff is very helpful.

The shower tube is broken and there are water jets going in all directions. The light in the bathroom is very dim and it's very hard to do makeup.

Location and the style of the apartment

Little things, no chopping board no oven even to warm a pizza, insufficient electric sockets in the kitchen area so I had to unplug the kettle to plug in the microwave. The ceiling light in the bathroom wasn't working, the box to collect the key wasn't working.
