La ubicación en el mismo casco antiguo al lado de calle Real .
Falta de limpieza ,la ducha llena de moho ,pelos y bichos de humedad.El piso ,desde el portal hasta la ventana del dormitorio.Hasta el cabecero se pelaba por la humedad.La cocina con hormigas y pelos por todos los lados.No es un sitio que recomiendo en especial.Lo siento pero es la verdad

La ubicación a 2 pasos de lo más centrico ,la amplitud y comodidad del apartamento
Portal viejo y calle fea con solar abandonado enfrente. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en general con pequeñas cosas sin importancia.Pondria un separador entre comedor y entrada para que se caliente antes el apartamento y no sea tan frío al ser tan grande.
