Apatrament przestronny, czysty, przy większej liczbie osób docenia się dodatkową toaletę oraz, uwaga, podwójną deszczownicę pod wielkim prysznicem. Kojący widok na rzekę oraz spokojna i cicha okolica, mimo bliskości gwarnego środmieścia to dodatkowe bonusy. Gorąco polecam tą lokalizację.
Pojedyncze dwa łóżka trochę za wąskie dla dorosłych osoby i zbyt miękki materac.
