La proximité avec le centre et les halles avec la possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans la rue et celles alentours. L’ascenseur Le bon rapport qualité/prix Petit, mais le propriétaire a agencé au mieux Propriétaire arrangeant : nous avons pu occuper le studio avant l’heure prévue Communication fluide
C’est très petit mais pour un court séjour ce n’est pas dérangeant
