The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you Le Narbona, a very pleasant and quiet flat to rent, located in the historic center of Narbonne, a stone's throw from the town hall, the canal and all the shops, and just 16 km from the sea. This 62 m² flat can accommodate 4 travelers and comprises a living room, fitted kitchen, study area with double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and separate WC. Wi-Fi available.

- A living room with a dining area for 4 people and a sitting room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge: hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Bar with two stools, ideal for breakfasts.
- An office area next to the living room, equipped with a table, work chair, bookcase and storage space. This area includes a sofa bed for 2.
- A lovely, bright bedroom off the lounge, with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. Cupboard space.
- Shower room with shower and washing machine.

The flat is ideally located in Narbonne, in a quiet neighborhood. There is very little traffic in the streets, which are used only by local residents.

- Espace de Liberté (swimming pools, bowling alley, ice rink, pub) and Les Grands Buffets: 1.8 km

Everything was comfortable, great location, Ronan the concierge explained everything and led us to the apartment, since Google maps kept taking us to streets that were closed or wrong way. Best to adjust your schedule so you are not trying to come or go when parents are picking up their little ones from the maternelle school. We loved being there, in walking distance from everything in the city center. Narrow stairs from garage or spiral staircase from street not for everyone.

Positives: location in middle of historic centre 2 minute walk to Halles 5 minutes to Narbonne Town Hall Square. Garage parking very good. Good Central heating. Plenty of cooking equipment I.e. pots, dishes, plates. Two very good restaurants 2 minutes walk away.
Negative: bathroom and wc needs a good clean. Kitchen very little space to prepare food. Upstairs and next door neighbours very noisy, can hear people talking, walking around and kids playing. No change of towels or linens available, and towels very small. Washing machine had no instructions and owner didn't know how it worked. No cleaning materials some Cif would have been useful.
Checking in was difficult. Checking out was fine.
Narbonne is very pretty and busy at Christmas.
