Le prix attractif, le logement est tout proche des rails de trains et pourtant on entends rien ! La salle de bains divisé en deux est une super idée !
Peux etre revoir la chaudière de l’appartement car l’eau chauffait très mal avec des grosses variations ainsi que le jet pas tres puissant. Peut etre en plus etre renseigné des autres locataires avec nous que l’on puisse se sentir à 100% en sécurité.
