La proximité du centre ville, la climatisation très performante et la vue depuis la terrasse. La salle de bain très spacieuse.
La propreté très limite.. frigo salle, vaisselle à relaver en arrivant.. la cage d’escalier en très mauvais état et étriquée, marches fissurées, odeur très forte de tabac..

Poignée porte de la chambre défectueuse. Manque un rideau sur la petite fenêtre àde la lmezzanine pour la lumière. Propreté cuisine

La ubicación,y que el chico por el inconveniente de estar todo tan sucio me devolvió 50€.
Al llegar escaleras imposible de subir con la maleta,un tercer piso. Apartamento con escalera al interior muy malas de subir también.Suciedad de varios meses sin limpiar,placa de cocina no funciona,
