La ubicació és immillorable i està decorat molt bonic.
Estava molt brut: no hempogut fer servir el microones perque no tenia plat i a dintre a algú li havia caigut llet en algun moment que s’havia fet agra: asquerós. La cortina de la dutxa te moho i l’apartament en general està tot ple de pols. Les toalles també necessoten una actualització.
