Extremely nice villa: good location, safe, very responsive and English speaking friendly host, well equipped apartment, wifi (you have to order it in advance and to pay for it - not much, seems like 3 EUR/day), parking place for a car (not in front of apartment, but something like 20m away). There are some nice restaurants on the way to seaside ( we loved Croq'Vacances - important to book in advance) and a big Intermarche supermarket working all days and couple km away form apartment. Apartment has three sleeping rooms with windows. Everything is in good shape and even better than looks in photos. Very good barbeque place. Couple minutes walk from pool and 7 minutes from seaside. Next time we go to Gruissan we'll definetely grab this place - we had our best family vacations ever!
Only minor things: fridge is not closing properly and there were only 4 outdoos chairs while we were 5 persons (so we took one chairs from saloon)
