Maisonnette très bien décorée et avec de nombreux équipements, conforme aux photos et extrêmement propre. Communication très fluide avec Céline, efficace pour l'arrivée et le départ. Très bien situé pour accéder facilement aux plages et aux commerces : 5 min à vélo, 10 min à pieds.
L'environnement n'est pas très joli : un lotissement donc du béton, les maisons sont toutes mitoyennes et assez serrees. Ce n'était pas un problème au mous de Mai mais ce doit être surpeuplé en été.

Beaucoup de soin apporté au confort et à l'esthétique de l'appartement, on s'y sent vraiment accueillis.
Il est agréable de se promener dans le petit lotissement, le long du lac et jusqu'à la plage à pied.
Dommage que l'escalier grince autant.
