IL Cetro Spalato Rooms

It was really well located, clean, really good for its price. It had Air Conditioner which is key for the summer. As well as that, it was really spatious and neat.

The value for money was excellent, especially for two nights during the high season in Split. The accommodation is just a short walk from the Old Town, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The common area is lovely and perfect for enjoying a coffee. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was ready much earlier than expected, so we were able to leave our luggage in the morning and enjoy the rest of the day. On our departure day, he also offered to store our luggage until the evening so we could make the most of our last day in Split. He was truly welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you so much!

We had to lock 3 doors on our way in and out. Great for security but would not want to try to escape in a fire.

We loved our host. He responded so fast to any questions we had. Amazing location, clean sheets, warm shower!

The directions to get in were a little tricky. The other tenants were very loud, at no fault of our host. The tenant downstairs was unhinged. She was screaming all night, slamming doors, and fighting with others. There was a strange man in the breezeway clinging to a bottle of beer which was alarming, again at no fault to our host. The main issue was the noise level, it was not conducive to sleeping. I would say this location is meant for those who want to party all night and go out, not for a family. The only reason we didn’t feel safe was due to the screaming woman downstairs.
