we had a great stay! Really close to the beach and only 10 minutes by train away from Cannes. the apartment was very cosy

Simple but working - good value for money
Very friendly host. Communicating all the way. Caring of worry-free arrival. Video instruction for key management. Very good location (city) - close to sea and railway station. Just between Cannes and Antibes, close to Saint Paul and Nice. Even by train easily get to Monaco. Free parking options in about 5 minutes walking distance. Very good price / value ratio, simple but working. Ideal for shorter stay of family or just for couple - expected to spend most ouf time outside. Coffee cups for coffee machine provided.
The street itself is a bit dirty. Better cleaning of dishes would be fain (depends on previous guests). Considering kitchen - fridge would ask for update (but still working), kettle for boiling water and cups for tea / glasses for wine would be appreciated. Communication in French only.

The location of the the property is great. If you put aside the cockroaches and the darkness inside of the apartment, it
Good location, quite close to the beach and the village is nice. The air-condition worked well and was really useful. The host was very friendly and quickly available for any requests.
Not really suitable for 4 people. Only 3 chairs and a small counter to eat on. One of the beds is not acceptable to sleep on, it’s way too uncomfortable! Also the lighting is really poor. There’s no daylight coming in and only a few lights inside of the apartment. Especially the kitchen is way too dark. Even though the apartment seemed pretty clean, we found cockroaches inside.

I don’t recommend this apartment
the owner is very rude man! The yard near the apartment is very dirty. it is not a flat,it is an utility room arranged as apartment,is very noisy out and the door is not working well,so u don’t feel secure.
The owner is big liar and not honest person.
