Struttura necessita di piccoli interventi di manutenzione ma nel complesso risulta funzionale e pienamente soddisfacente. Ottima posizione per accesso al mare ed ai vari negozi/supermercati. Gestrice molto empatica e disponibile. Non avremmo dubbi ad effettuare nuova prenotazione nel caso dovesse presentarsi ulteriore occasione in futuro.
Come detto, struttura necessita di piccoli interventi di manutenzione ma nel complesso risulta funzionale e pienamente soddisfacente.

The property was very clean, well designed, and comfortable. It had almost everything we needed during our stay. The location was also quite good: the beach was around 15 minutes away on foot, and the train station was about 10 minutes away. Another positive point was the free public parking available at the end of the street.
There was almost nothing that we did not like. Overall, we had a very good experience. The only small issue was that the toilet seat needed some maintenance, and the bathroom/toilet area would benefit from better ventilation or an extractor fan.

A cozy and comfortable studio in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great stay!
