Located 300 m from the beaches in a charming little fishing village between Antibes and Cannes. This apartment is situated in a gated, secure complex with a private parking space. It features 2 rooms totaling 50 m² and a 9 m² terrace.
The apartment is close to all shops—supermarkets, a butcher shop, a cheese shop, and more—as well as numerous restaurants along the waterfront at Port Camille Rayon.
The apartment is fully renovated, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped.
Everything you need is at your disposal (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The spacious layout of this apartment allows you to book for a long stay and feel right at home.
We’ve also focused on creating a relaxing space with a large flat-screen TV and a sitting area featuring a sofa and an armchair.
You can also enjoy the outdoors and the patio furniture for dinner or an aperitif.

We really liked the flat, it has everything to feel comfortable: very comfortable mattresses, quiet air conditioning, very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, modern bathroom, very good WiFi. The location of the flat is perfect: close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, railway station. The hostess Nicole and her assistant Katia are very helpful and always quick to respond. We will definitely come back here again and would 100% recommend this flat.

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, rien ne manquait. Idéalement situé pour aller à la plage, la gare à proximité est appréciable pour visiter les villes longeant la côte. L'accueil et la gentillesse de Mme Bravi sont à souligner ! Très agréable séjour

Excellentes vacances a golfe juan,le proprietaire aux petits soins pour les vacanciers et l appartement est conforme a l annonce.
proche commerces, plages, gare tout se faisant a pieds.
Location a recommander et a refaire sans aucun problème.
Merci encore au propriétaire pour ce séjour.
