About this apartment rental

The 42 m2 apartment with 10 m2 terrace is located opposite the sun beaches, it was refurbished in 2015 (Induction hob, 2 160x200 beds, air conditioning, real oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher , washing machine, internet…).
Deposit of 1500 € to be given to the owner (check returned at the end of the stay).
This Location is 150 meters from the SNCF train station; You will be able to shine on Antibes, Juan les pins, Cannes, Monaco, Italy ... without any difficulty; from the same place you can if you prefer to use the Bus.
Located opposite the Lérins Islands, you can 50 meters from the apartment use the shuttle boat (which will take you there to discover this exceptional site.
The tourist office is on the port opposite the apartment, the port area is animated by many shops (bar, restaurant, ice cream parlors, souvenirs, fishing, fashion, sea theater ...)
There are 3 mini-markets in golfe juan, an Intermarché is present in Vallauris (2km), Carrefour is in Antibes (3 km)
For your vehicle there is a reserved space in the parking lot at the foot of the building

This recently completely renovated apartment is located only a few steps away from the beach. This is not only ideal when you, like us, have (small) childeren, but also very entertaining when you are sipping your glass of French wine at the end of the day. If you want to go out, the boulevard with bars, restaurants and a luxury harbor starts just outside the entrance of the building. Handy is also that you can park your car, in sight, just across the street. The The apartement is extremely well equipped with an all new interior. Everything looks clean and fresh and if anything is missing you just ask the hospitable owners. We enjoyd our week in Golfe Juan and will return next year!

We have had a fantastic week in this beautiful and luxurious apartment. It was recently renovated and has everything you need. The view is very nice and in Golfe Juan is a fine place to stay. We will definitely return , highly recommended!

Agréable séjour à Golfe Juan

Agréable séjour passé à Golfe Juan. Hôtes très accueillants et très sympathiques. L’appartement est en face de la plage avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Avec deux enfants en bas âge, la proximité de plage fut très pratique. Le logement est très propre, bien entretenue et ne manque de rien. La climatisation dans le salon et dans la chambre est très appréciée surtout pendant un mois d’août. Un parking est mis à disposition pour garer la voiture en toute sécurité. Endroit très calme proche de tout à quelques minutes de là, on peut retrouver l’effervescence de Juan les pins et cannes. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement, très bien équipé avec deux couchages confortable de grande taille La cuisine est très bien équipé et la douche de la salle de bain très pratique la situation de l'appartement face à la mer et près des restaurants de l'ancien port le rend pratique si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner. idéal pour couple pratique pour petite famille

Superbe appartement très bien situé

Accueil très agréable de Mr et Mme Viano qui nous ont donné quelques conseils sur les restaurants et visites à effectuer. C'est un appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé, qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Appartement très propre et très bien entretenue. Les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité (en particulier concernant l'exposition de la terrasse) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la plage très proche (que la route à traverser). L'offre d'abonnement au parking situé en face de l'appartement est un réel plus. Les propriétaires ont mis à disposition de la documentation sur la région, les restaurants. L'accès internet est un confort supplémentaire. La gare toute proche ainsi que les bus du département 06 permettent de ne pas utiliser la voiture pour les ballades à Cannes, Nice ou Monaco. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons avoir la possibilité de revenir prochainement. Encore merci aux propriétaires !

Après un accueil agréable, nous avons découvert un appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur la mer, la plage à quelques pas et la gare SNCF à quelques mètres. La place de parking est un réel plus. Je recommande vivement cet appartement ! Magnifique appartement, très moderne et fonctionnel, idéalement placé en bord de mer et à côté du port, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour 4 personnes, il est très spacieux et très calme. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, très bien accueilli par les propriétaires très sympathiques et conviviaux. Une place de parking dans un parking surveillé à côté de l'appartement nous a été délivrée pour toute la durée du séjour. Une location à recommander absolument ! Nous y reviendrons...
