Charming two-room apartment freshly renovated in a secure residence located 500 m from the beaches and shops which are accessible less than 5 minutes on foot, you will find the famous seaside resorts such as Cannes, Juan-les-Pins or Antibes 5 minutes away by car. You can get around easily thanks to the bus stop in front of the residence, and the Golfe-Juan train station is 5 minutes away on foot which will allow you to reach essential cities such as Nice, Monaco or Ventimiglia.
Our residence has a swimming pool where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation and a private parking space inside the residence.
