Es war ein wunderbarer Ort für den Aufenhalt in dieser schönen Stadt. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, ruhig, aber auch mit ein paar Schritten im Trubel, bei Geschäften, bei Gelato, Spritz und Pizza :-). Das Appartment war einfach toll, stilistisch eine Wohltat, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich, ebenso hat der Herr, der uns eingelassen hat, volle Punktzahl verdient.

Wonderful location and a beautifully appointed and remodeled flat in a traditional aristocratic palazzo. The bonus is the balconies that allowed us to let in the morning light and sunsets overs the canals. Arrigo was a wonderful greeter as well.

This apartment was renovated a few years back to high spec, however it’s painfully obvious that the current owners/management don’t care about its maintenance. Drippy faucets, broken towel bars, broken shelves/soap dishes (rendering them useless), curtains falling off the track, and the beautiful modern chandelier in the center of the apt that doesn’t turn on were all quite disappointing after arriving and settling in. The photos don’t tell the full story. These details that are quite easy to fix would go a long way. Something as simple as a surface to put toiletries on in the bathroom is a good example. For the price per night, these things should be a given.

Abysmal Internet, you're better off connecting the smart TV to your phone to watch Netflix. Internet was about 1 mbit if that. Unusable. The downstairs shower is leaking, there's even some water damage showing on the wall to living, the leak actually gets into the living. Ended only using the one upstairs after finding out. Airco either not working or turned off somewhere, only heating worked for us. A dishwasher is provided, but no cleaning supplies, bring your own dishwasher detergent capsules. However all these downsides hardly detract from the charm of the apartment, don't let them deter you if they are not deal breakers. Note that during summer you will likely need working airco. End April was all right without.

Se você busca um lugar espaçoso com uma cozinha equipada vale a pena. Outro ponto que gostei é bem silencioso o local que se encontra e próximo de um supermercado.

Tive dificuldade em pegar as chaves, tive que ficar aguardando na porta por mais de 40 minutos com minha esposa e filhos, depois descobri que é uma outra empresa que faz o check-in do apartamento. Nesse tempo a comunicação com os responsáveis demorava, isso me gerou uma frustação. -Tem um vazamento no banheiro inferior do apartamento que acaba indo para a sala e molhando o chão. - Por ser um apartamento senti falta de uma maquina de lavar - Internet é bem lenta, tive que fazer meu check in da proxima viagem usando um wi-fi de um restaurante próximo. Pelo valor talvez um hotel seja mais confortável.
