Excellent location, tucked away from the crowds but still within easy reach of all the major attractions. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Communication with the staff was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops nearby, and the Orto stop for both Alilaguna and the vaporetto is just a short walk away.

Un disfonctionnement: le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée à 17.00 heureusement deux heures après le problème était résolu.

The property was beautiful, with a nice vintage style and really comfortable for four people (2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms).
The fact that the property did not have a hand shower holder in the one bathroom and the other bathroom had a really not easy to use bathtub (which is not shown in property photos).

The locations is very good if you want to be out of the chaos of Venice and is surrounded by great places to eat and drink
The hosts blamed us for breaking the washing machine and refused to send our clothes back, that were stuck in the washing machine, until we paid for the postage costs. This totally ruined our whole experience, being blamed for something we didn't do and then having to pay to get our clothes back that we also had to do without for the remainder of our holiday. Very disappointing.
