House was perfect and had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation! Very close bike ride/walk to the beach, close to grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very clean property and the host was prompt with communication!

Great 3 bedroom house, newly remodeled kitchen, bathrooms. Nice beds and living room furniture, everything you need for a vacation home. Location is perfect for beach lovers, can walk to Wiggins beach and other beaches are within 20 minutes. Close to Walmart and Publix for supplies. Many choices for resturants or fast food. Nice area for walking.

Everything was just perfect for our Family vacation week. Everything was perfectly arranged upon arrival, check in went smooth. The house appeared brand new to us, was well equipped with all we need. Location is perfect! bicycles bring you to the beach in less than 5 minutes.

Imagine our surprise when we walked out to the back patio and discovered that our view was nothing like the listing photo, the trees had been replaced by a new home under construction! In addition, there is a home across the street that is also under construction. We were a family of 5 with 3 adults working from home during our stay, it was not always the peaceful & quiet neighborhood advertised. The house was clean and furnishings are as depicted. We found it to have the bare minimum of amenities, and they are basic. Although it sleeps 6 there is not adequate seating for 6. I requested a chair for the outdoor table and Monica did deliver a folding chair, along with wine glasses & a bottle of wine. Silverware & other kitchen essentials are in short supply, I purchased some bowls & other items to make the space livable and comfortable. Monica was quick to respond to requests but unfortunately did not follow through on the late check out that I requested prior to booking. She indicated that she would honor a late check out & when I had a final head count to let her know, that there was no extra cost, but she needed the info for insurance purposes. Before making my final payment, approximately 1 month before arrival, I asked that she make a note regarding the late check out. At this time she informed me that she could not honor the late check out & she was waiving the extra guest fee... what fee? Monica offered a full refund if her property no longer worked for us. With little time to regroup and evening flights booked, we kept our reservation and secured a hotel for the night.
The location was accurate, super quick bike ride to the beach.
