About this house rental
This newly remodeled house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A cot (Graco pack ’n play) is also available. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds. We comfortably sleep 6. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee brewer, and all the cookware you need. The heated swimming pool and spa are located in the backyard enclosed by a lanai. There is a gas grill, outdoor shower and patio table and chairs also in the lanai. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and is stocked with beach towels. There are bicycles and beach toys located in the two car garage. There is wifi throughout the house and tv’s with cable in three of the rooms.

We were looking for an r & r location. This was perfect! Great location, wonderful well appointed property. The heated pool, spa and grill in the lanai were all we needed.
The owner, John, was readily available and responsive. He gave us great suggestion on local places to eat and gave us many helpful suggestions.
If time and circumstances warrant we will return in a heart beat.

This was a great vacation rental! The house was clean, spacious and very well equipped (kitchen, laundry, beach items, etc) for our 2 week stay. The location is fabulous with close proximity to the beach (less than a one mile walk), and John is a wonderful host. He was very communicative, and we truly had everything we needed for a great trip.

When going on vacation there are a several things on my list that can make or break my stay... John, your vacation home hit the mark on all of them!!! Very clean, AC was very cool, pool and spa super refreshing, showers were hot and beds were comfortable!! My husband, son and I enjoyed our time and will definitely book again!!
