The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The large laundry room has a new (2023) front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a whole-house water filtration system.
The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer for those of you who may need to work while on vacation.
The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. Beautiful home! The house is very clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. The host is very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

We were searching for a beautiful house in Naples Park with at least two king size beds, a big table for the familie inside and outside and a big screened heated pool.There are not many houses that offer our demands and we were happy to find this beautiful house. Everything you need is inside, the furniture is on a very good shape, the beds are comfortable and the there is even a Florida state park pass so can save 6 Dollars a day on the beach.We loved it and will come back soon

Location and home were excellent. We had a great time and really enjoyed the outdoors with the lanai pool and patio. House was clean and well cared for. Great neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach.
