Walk or bike ride(4 bikes included) to beautiful Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins State Park/ beach. The open concept brings the whole family together. Perfect for family gatherings. Freshly painted, all new furniture, bedding, linens, kitchenware and appliances. There's a quiet lanai over looking a beautiful inground pool. Back yard is completely fenced in. Enjoy endless choices of restaurants, shopping and activities.
Note: Making two payments is available for full month bookings, Jan, Feb and March.

A great clean place to stay. The beach/pool towels/chairs etc were appreciated also. Also appreciated the absence of air fresheners as someone who is fragrance sensitive

Enjoyed our stay. Great place and just like the name says, it’s cozy. The pool was nice, a great lanai to sit on and eat. Relaxing place and will definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host and he was very helpful with questions and had suggestions on places to eat and places to see. My friend had a great time and we look forward to our next adventure together.

This place was fantastic it had everything you needed just like you were at home. Neil answered everything we ask in a very short time. The pool was a bonus the Beach and grocery stores and all the restaurant's that you could imagine were just a short drive away. Neil had all the amenity's you would need for the Beach. We would love to stay again it was wonderful.
