Walk or bike ride(4 bikes included) to beautiful Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins State Park/ beach. The open concept brings the whole family together. Perfect for family gatherings. Freshly painted, all new furniture, bedding, linens, kitchenware and appliances. There's a quiet lanai over looking a beautiful inground pool. Back yard is completely fenced in. Enjoy endless choices of restaurants, shopping and activities.
Note: Making two payments is available for full month bookings, Jan, Feb and March.

I want you to picture yourself going to a place really close to one of the best beach in Florida and you feel so comfortable in the house you rented that you don't even want to go to the beach. Excellent place and host. Five stars

For our needs, this was the perfect location. We already love Naples. This bit of the city, specifically, is our favorite. We had more family staying in a long term rental on Vanderbilt Beach, and this put us a 2 minute drive away. SO much space in the general living area, kitchen, den, and backyard. Extremely well stocked for beach days. Beautiful clean pool and backyard with many lounge chairs! We didn’t cook during this trip, but the kitchen appeared fully stocked with both drip coffee machine and a keurig. We will definitely be back!

Home was well kept, great pool. Located in quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Beach chairs , coolers , bikes — great additions.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place and an exceptional host!
